Intermediate: Springers
Intermediate Tumbling is designed for students who have built a strong foundation in Beginning Tumbling and are ready to progress to more advanced techniques. Students should have a basic understanding of tumbling terminology and be able to demonstrate front and back walkovers, correct handstand body alignment, and a solid power hurdle to cartwheel step-in.
This class focuses on increasing strength, flexibility, speed, and power while introducing flip rotation progressions. Students will begin combining skills into more dynamic tumbling passes, with an emphasis on mastering proper round-offs and back/front handsprings. The goal is to refine technique and prepare students for higher-level tumbling and performance readiness.

Advanced: Flyers
Advanced Tumbling is a higher-level class designed for students who have mastered foundational skills and are ready to progress to more complex techniques. This class focuses on perfecting form and technique while enhancing strength and flexibility.
Students must be able to demonstrate a standing back handspring and a connected roundoff back handspring prior to enrollment. Building on these core skills, the class introduces advanced elements such as front and back tucks, layouts, full twists, and front and side aerials. Emphasis will also be placed on connecting multiple skills to develop more dynamic and technically advanced tumbling passes.
