Polina Shchennikova
FOUNDER/OWNER
Polina is a former Russian-American artistic gymnast renowned for exceptional artistry in the sport. She quickly rose in her athletic career and became a two-time U.S. National Team member, competing at National competitions since 2010. Notably, she placed second at the 2012 Nastia Liukin Cup in the All-Around and secured third place on the uneven bars at the 2013 P&G Championships. Polina is also known for her involvement in choreography for Elite, Club, and Collegiate athletes and has been creating unique routines from the age of 11 years old and continues her passion for dance with athletes aging from 7-24 years old.
After her Elite Career, Polina went on to compete for the University of Michigan Women’s Gymnastics Program. During her freshman year, she earned Academic All-Big Ten honors and contributed to the team’s success, including helping the team secure the winning spot at the Big Ten Championship during her time there.
In September 2018, Polina medically retired from gymnastics and transitioned to a coaching role as a student assistant coach for the Michigan Wolverines. She played a pivotal role in leading the team to the 2019 Big Ten Championship and two Big Ten regular season titles in 2019 and 2020 and focusing much of her role on the Mental Health of athletes. She became a Mental Wellness Finalist for the Student Athletes in 2020.
In the 2020-2021 season, Polina joined the Air Force Academy as a volunteer assistant and quickly was promoted to an assistant coaching role for the Falcons. She brought her extensive experience to the program, aiming to help continue developing the gymnastics program.
Beyond gymnastics, Polina is passionate about travel, digital creation, and mental health. Polina’s dedication to gymnastics, both as an athlete and coach, along with her commitment to personal growth and community involvement, underscores her significant impact on the sport and only aims to continue making the gymnastics community an exciting place for young athletes to grow their passion for the sport of gymnastics!

Alex Shchennikov
BOSS MAN
Alex is a distinguished gymnastics coach with a rich background in the sport. He holds a degree in Physical Education from Russia State University and has achieved the status of Master of Sports in Gymnastics. Within his athletic career, Alex was a highly decorative athlete and on the Soviet National Team.
Alex has an impressive coaching career and most notably served as an Assistant Coach in the U.S. Olympic Training Center for the Men’s Gymnastics Team and contributed to the development of Elite Gymnasts. He was named the Beijing Olympic Alternate Coach in 2008 and traveled with the Olympic Team to Beijing, China where they secured Third Place as a team.
Alex has coached at prestigious events such as the VISA Championships, Winter Cup, Olympic Trials, Jesolo Cup, and the Beijing Olympics. His extensive experience coaching several Men’s National Team Members, including including Jason Gatson (2004 Silver Medalist), Joseph Hagerty (2008 Bronze Medalist), and David Durante (2008 Olympics Alternate), instilling in them the dedication and drive that have defined his own remarkable career and helped him seamlessly transition into Women’s Gymnastics.
Within women’s gymnastics, Alex has developed U.S. National Team Members and helped many athletes secure scholarships to Universities all over the country. Alex has continued to make significant contributions to the gymnastics community, nurturing the next generation of athletes.

Katia Shchennikova
BOSS WOMAN
Katia is a seasoned gymnastics coach with a distinguished background in the sport. She holds a degree in Physical Education from Russia State University and has also achieved the status of Master of Sports in Gymnastics.
Before her extensive coaching career, Katia was a talented gymnast on the Soviet National Team and was a judge within the sport. Katia has been an integral part of the gymnastics community where she has coached athletes of various levels, including elite athletes and National Team athletes. She has successfully trained athletes to reach high goals and secure scholarship positions at universities throughout the country, including University of Michigan, LSU, Boise, University of Denver, etc. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, technical precision, and a deep understanding of gymnastics fundamentals.
Notably, Kaita has coached at prestigious events such as the VISA Championships, Winter Cup, and many Classics. Her dedication to the sport has installed her athletes with the dedication and drive that have defined her own remarkable career. Her passion for gymnastics is shared with her family and throughout her extensive experience, she continues to make significant contributions to the gymnastics community.

LSU GYMNAST
Alyona is a highly accomplished gymnast with an exceptional resume within the gymnastics community. She was a member of the U.S. National Team from 2017 to 2019 and secured the All-Around at the 2017 U.S. Classics and Second on the Uneven bars. In 2017, Alyona competed at the City of Jesolo Trophy, contributing to the team’s First Place finish, Fourth on the Uneven bars, finishing Eighth in the All-Around. Alyona earned a bronze medal at the American Classics and She continued to excel in her Elite Career, placing fifth in the All-Around at the U.S. National Championships.
After an exceptional Elite Career, Alyona continued her gymnastics career at Louisiana State University (LSU) and joined the LSU Tigers team in the 2019-2020 season. She made her collegiate debut competing on uneven bars against Arizona. In the 2021–2022 season, she delivered outstanding performances, including a 9.950 on uneven bars and a 39.300 in the all-around against Centenary.
Alyona has an incredibly inspiring comeback story. In June 2019, while preparing for the Pan American Games, Alyona ruptured her Achilles tendon, leading to a significant setback in her gymnastics career. Despite this injury, she made a remarkable comeback, returning to competition in the 2021–2022 season. In January 2024, she suffered yet another ruptured Achilles, which kept her out of competition, but continued to persevere and is on the floor with the LSU Tigers.
Beyond gymnastics, Alyona is active on social media platforms, sharing insights into her life and training. She has a significant following on Instagram, where she engages with fans and provides updates on her gymnastics journey. Alyona's resilience and dedication to gymnastics, coupled with her family's strong gymnastics background, have established her as a prominent figure in the gymnastics community.

KRISITNA SHCHENNIKOVA
OUT OF OFFICE BEING AN AWESOME STUDENT ATHLETE AT BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY
Kristina began her gymnastics career at a young age and her dedication and talent were evident early on, setting the stage for her collegiate career. Before her collegiate debut, Kristina had an impressive JO career and secured the 2023 Athlete of The Year.
She is a current Freshman at Boise State University, is an emerging talent in collegiate gymnastics, specializing on the Uneven Bars and Balance Beam. Hailing from Morrison, Colorado, she has made a significant impact in her inaugural season. As a freshman, she has scored the highest beam debut by a freshman in program history since 1987, clinching the beam title with a 9.90 two weekends in a row. Kristian has been a standout performer and her exceptional performances earned her the Mountain West Co-Beam Specialist of the Week and Freshman of the Week.
Beyond gymnastics, Kristina is pursuing a major in Environmental Studies at Boise State, reflecting her commitment to both athletic and academic excellence. She actively engages with the gymnastics community and her supporters through volunteering and through her instagram account where she shares insights to her training and competitions.
