Pup & Me is a parent/adult participation class. Lesson plans are designed to foster early social development with other children and enhance fine and gross motor skill development. Students will improve coordination, balance, and body awareness through purposeful activities.

Power Pups is the first-class experience students will have independent of their adult partner.  In addition to creating a comfortable transition for the students, these classes will build full-body strength and muscle control, develop fine and gross motor skills, increase hand-eye coordination and body awareness. Students will learn rolls, handstand and cartwheel progressions, trampoline basics, balance on the beam, and increased strength on bars.

Ages 4-5 Years

1 Hour Class

Mighty Pups is for students 4-5 years of age. This class develops coordination and builds a foundation of basic gymnastics skills needed to enter the recreational gymnastics or tumbling programs. Students will gain physical strength and flexibility and increase spatial awareness. Students will learn forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and important basics on balance beam, bars, and vault.
