Preschool Coach

PAK will provide training for the right candidate! A successful applicant must be caring, fun, responsible, organized, have a positive attitude, and a love for working with kids. Experience working with kids is preferred. Must be available Monday and Thursday mornings.

Recreational Coach

A successful applicant will be responsible, enthusiastic and self-motivated, have prior experience teaching or competing in gymnastics, and work well will children of all ages and abilities.

Ninja Coach

Looking for a part-time ninja coach. Our equipment and program caters to the younger ninja ages so you must be comfortable with coaching ages 4-13. A successful applicant will be responsible, enthusiastic and self-motivated, have prior experience teaching or competing in gymnastics, and work well with children of all ages and abilities.

Xcel Team Coach

Our girl’s competitive teams are growing, and we are looking for the right candidates to join our experienced coaching team. Ideal candidates must love working with children and have experience coaching girl’s USAG Compulsory or Xcel teams. Must have knowledge of spotting skills and strong basics with focus on details and form.

Pre-PAK Coach (Pre-Team Program)

PAK Gymnastics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-PAK Coach to work with our accelerated pre-team athletes. Pre-PAK is our invitation-only developmental program designed to prepare gymnasts for competitive gymnastics through a strong foundation in shapes, strength, flexibility, and basic skill progressions.

Pre-PAK 1 focuses on introducing our youngest gymnasts to structured training and competitive readiness.
Pre-PAK 2 continues this accelerated pathway with increased expectations and preparation for competitive team placement.
Both levels require evaluation and invitation.

A successful applicant must be enthusiastic, patient, organized, and passionate about developing strong basics and positive training habits at an early age. Prior experience coaching gymnastics or competitive experience is preferred.

Ideal candidates will:

• Have experience working with young athletes in a structured setting

• Understand the importance of basics, body positions, and proper progressions

• Be confident teaching shapes, strength, and flexibility

• Work well as part of a collaborative coaching team

• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional presence
